Warehouse Associate

Job Description: Full-Time Warehouse Associate Reports To: Store Manager, Warehouse Manager Schedule: 9am – 5pm with rotating Saturdays Position Summary The full-time universal associate is a flexible and reliable team member capable of performing all warehouse/donation pickup responsibilities and some front of house responsibilities. This role supports daily operations in sales, customer service, donations and logistics. Associate will help to ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for customers, donors, volunteers and staff. Warehouse / Donation Processing Receive, sort, and price incoming donations as directed Move merchandise to and from the sales floor Assist with staging, organization and cleaning of warehouse areas Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks and other equipment as trained Driving / Donation Pickups Drive ReStore truck to pick up scheduled donations Provide professional and courteous service to donors Load and unload items using proper lifting and securing methods Complete donation forms and maintain a clean, safe vehicle Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries Operate the cash register and process sales accurately Restock shelves and merchandise donations attractively Maintain cleanliness and order in the retail area Enforce store policies and support loss prevention efforts Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Alabama driver’s license with clean driving record (required) Able to tolerate extreme heat and cold conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. regularly Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons Self-motivated, flexible and mission-driven Retail or warehouse experience is a plus Clean MVR, criminal background check, drug screening Benefits Hourly pay based on experience Company paid Healthcare benefits Paid vacation Holiday pay Sick pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
