Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As the Real Estate Asset Management Associate , you will report into senior asset management and investment leadership and play a key role in the ongoing performance of a multisector real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing financial performance for managementintensive real estate assets, including annual business plans, valuations, and ongoing financial review
• Partnering with thirdparty operators and property managers to execute valuecreation strategies across leaseup, capital expenditure, repositioning, and stabilization phases
• Maintaining and updating assetlevel financial models, including historical and forwardlooking cash flows and scenario analysis
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support pricing, strategy, and investment decisionmaking
• Supporting the development and tracking of key performance indicators across multiple real estate verticals
• Collaborating with investment teams on capital events, refinancings, dispositions, and portfoliolevel initiatives
• Preparing institutionalquality reporting for internal stakeholders and external investors on a monthly and quarterly basis

The Successful Applicant

For the Real Estate Asset Management Associate , we are seeking:

• At least two years of experience in real estate asset management, private equity, or a closely related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools
• Experience working with operating partners, lenders, and external stakeholders
• A strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals across multiple asset types
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
