Retail Display Installer - Technology

Job Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology in Traverse City, Michigan. Travel up to 90 miles from home. Work Monday–Friday (no weekend required). The role includes installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs following planograms and client‑specific directives. Must use mobile apps and technology for assignments, maintain clear communication, and ensure top‑quality execution. Responsibilities Respond to and communicate with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and maintain displays, endcaps, and fixtures per planograms/ client requests. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of two or more people. Use virtual software and manage task timelines. Assist team members and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily. Provide feedback on solutions and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday with weekend and holiday availability as needed. Willing to work early mornings and late nights. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a 30‑day rolling period. Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead. Strong communication skills via phone, text, email, and mobile device. High school diploma or equivalent (retail or merchandising experience a plus). Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools. Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and data entry. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
