Your Role as a Store Manager Customer Experience: Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience with personalized hair and beauty solutions. Sales and Operations: Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management. Safety and Security: Protect customers, staff, and assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies. Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, attractive store environment. Requirements At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Operational, financial, and performance management experience. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 or older. Passion for hair and beauty. Legal and Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors. Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
