Step into an impactful role supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist, serving a dynamic school-based caseload in a hybrid setting. This contract opportunity, beginning September 2026 and extending through the academic year, allows you to blend on-site collaboration and virtual flexibility near Hillsboro, OR.

As the sole Occupational Therapy provider for a caseload of 30-50 students, you’ll have three days per week on site at the service center, complemented by two days of virtual service delivery. The ideal candidate brings expertise in school-based OT, a passion for fostering student growth, and the adaptability to navigate a hybrid environment.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist and eligibility for Oregon school settings
• Prior experience delivering services in a K-12 or pediatric educational context
• Strong communication skills—for partnering with teachers, support staff, and families
• Comfort using teletherapy platforms and related technology
• Ability to manage and prioritize a moderate caseload independently
• Flexibility to work both in-person and virtually as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to develop individualized plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative OT services aligned with IEP/504 mandates
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Collaborate with educational teams and parents to support student participation and access
• Attend meetings in person and virtually; contribute expertise to team decisions
• Design and implement interventions targeting fine motor skills, self-regulation, and functional independence
