Behavioral Health Case Manager

Arista Recovery

Arista Recovery in Ohio is seeking a Case Manager to support the Clinical team by coordinating patient affairs, recording communications, and monitoring daily schedules within facility policies and regulatory standards. You will work with therapists to ensure discharge planning is clear, conduct assessments, and coordinate with outside providers, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to changing conditions,
