In-Home Caregiver - Northgate

We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name. Current Client Needs Available to work daytime hours Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m Open to short 2-to-5-hour shifts No overnight shifts available at this time Valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. Valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name. Comfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have pets Service areas: Northgate, Capitol Hill, Shoreline, White Center, Magnolia/Queen Anne, West Seattle, Skyway, Green Lake, Central Seattle/Downtown, and Ballard Pay rate: $24-$24.50 hr Why Family Resource Home Care? Client Matching . We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients. Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement . We pay you for your travel time in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training . You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required. Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
