Project Coordinator 9Wood is a leading North American manufacturer of custom wood ceilings. We help architects, designers, and contractors bring distinctive wood ceiling ideas to life with clarity, speed, and practical support. In this role, you will support both groups, working cross departmentally with our sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, customer service, project management, and production teams. Project Coordinator responsibilities include: Receive and process project correspondence from departments and customers Filter and prioritize all incoming calls Negotiate turnaround times with customers and internal departments Update and maintain accurate records of projects Review progress of projects and communicate significant changes to the Project Manager Coordinate the Project Managers work Regularly scheduled shift hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm How to apply Please apply through this posting.
