Licensed Clinician I

Job Description The Clinician I serves in a professional counseling capacity to deliver behavioral health services on behalf of the agency for enrolled clients, integrating evidence‑based practices associated with neuroscience, trauma‑informed care, dual‑generation practices, and resiliency, while ensuring alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma‑informed care lens. The Clinician I carries a full clinical caseload with an appropriate mix of short‑ and long‑term cases, accompanied by regular supervision. Counseling services are provided in client homes, the agency office, and various community‑based locations. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related fields. Certificate or license, as applicable, from the appropriate state agency preferred. The clinician must hold an LPC‑Intern, LMFT‑A, LMSW, LCDC, or equivalent, provided that required regular clinical supervision occurs with a board‑approved supervisor (excluding LMSW’s). A minimum of two years of experience, which may include internship experience in a similar setting and direct service. Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) desirable. Additional compensation may be considered for bilingual proficiency. Experience working with young children and/or families desirable. Experience working with children age 6 and under desirable. Experience working with military families desirable. Travel required. Compensation Pay rate: $19.71–$20.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be considered for English/Spanish proficiency. Location On‑site position.
