About the Role

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years' in executive or senior leadership within a nonprofit, preferably during a period of change and expansion. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in fundraising, financial management, and operational skills.
