Facilities ManagerThe Facilities Manager manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Win.; Integrity and Respect AlwaysAssists with managing labor costs, supply costs and inventoriesMaintain and use capital equipment efficientlyEnsures compliance with all contract obligationsSupports the effective implementation of the comprehensive Safety Plan and helps with driving full compliance of all safety rules, guidelines and protocolsMay conduct operational audits and helping to ensure a high level of execution and complianceDrive operational efficiencies, labor/scheduling productivitySupports compliance with Aramark Facilities Services and regulatory agency standards and programs and translating corporate strategy into front line operational tactics and will ensure compliance with all government, local and other safety regulationsEstablishes and maintains effective communications and business relationshipsSupports the operation by using Aramark tools such as WebTMAEnsures consistent application and regular use of all ISIS Pro modules to properly manage the operationSupports the development and growth of hourly associatesMay lead the development of the hourly team ensuring high performance, optimal staffing and employee engagementResponsible for the training, development and performance management of hourly associates as neededQualifications:Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in plant and operations maintenance (POM) managementRequires at least 2 years of prior experience in mentoring and developing hourly associatesRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFacilities Management Certification such as Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or equivalent is strongly preferredRequires working knowledge of facility related equipment such as boilers, chillers, generators and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC/R) systemsAbility to demonstrate visionary leadership, balanced judgment and disciplined executionProficient in the use and functionality of WebTMAHigh degree of integrity and business maturityStrong budget management experience, including planning, forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Demonstrated time management skills resulting in prioritizing time and resources accordinglyHigh energyAbility to communicate effectively as the leader of a teamDemonstrate proven success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functionsRequires negotiation skills to drive resultsAbility to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer servicesAbility to drive a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills at all levels of the organizationRequires strong interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skillsDemonstrated attention to detailAbility to lead directly and through influence
