Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential home inspections that meet or exceed TREC Standards of Practice. Conduct new construction phase inspections, builder warranty inspections, and specialty inspections as qualified. Clearly explain inspection findings to clients and real estate professionals in a professional, educational manner. Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, notes, and recommendations. Utilize modern inspection technology and tools, including thermal imaging and digital reporting. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Blackland brand with integrity. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Current Texas Professional Home Inspector License (TREC) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Strong attention to detail Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture Preferred Wood‑Destroying Insect License Mold Assessor License Two or more years of residential inspection experience Experience using Spectora inspection software Infrared certification Compensation $23 – $34 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackland Home Inspections
