• Meet virtually with individuals and families
• Identify each client’s insurance needs and priorities
• Explain life and supplemental insurance options clearly
• Provide professional, needs-based recommendations
• Complete applications and maintain client records
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
• Participate in coaching, training and team meetings
• Maintain all company, licensing and regulatory standards
