About the Position

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:30 - 17:30 Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred License: Valid State License required in-hand when applying Certifications: ARRT N*, BLS, NMTCB*, PET required in-hand Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred EPIC experience required Crisis Prevention Institute CPI Blue Card in-hand Description: This position is a full-time role working Monday through Friday. The shift will be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour meal break. There are no call or weekend requirements. The unit cares for adult and geriatric patients with an average daily census of five. The number of patients seen per day will vary. Only one room will be utilized for procedures. The role requires skills in adult care and the management of radioactive materials. Candidates must have experience with GE and PET scanning technology. The position will involve starting and maintaining IVs. All required certifications must be current and in-hand at the time of application. References from two supervisors will be required during the application process.
