Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities Deliver a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals. Engage and attract customers, share product knowledge, and inspire them to style jewellery. Support store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches). Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards. Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with ability to exceed individual and store sales goals. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that demonstrate care. Ability to charm and connect with customers at all levels. At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Comfortable with nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Flexible availability, working from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Compensation and Schedule Pay: $12.00 per hour – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Schedule: Flexible; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
