Digital Project Manager

Content
- Work cross-functionally with teams to intake content requirements and develop the content and the technical decisions regarding content management for assigned programs
- Drive the content and UX strategy based on manager and stakeholder inputs
- Lead the content strategy and apply best practices for digital engagement and segmentation across digital channels including content, digital channel execution, optimization, targeting, frequency, order, and timing
- Guide the development of content for notifications, delivering the right content, at the right time, to the right person, in the right way leveraging automation wherever possible
Project Coordination and Management
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Manage the successful execution of content files, translations, and content assets for package submissions
- Manage timelines and project details for your portion of the project
- Work to support the successful execution of all our email notifications by helping create project timelines, Jira milestones and subtasks, budget and sprint planning, QA, researching issues and escalations from email sends and communication status with teams.
We are seeking high-energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a content development and strategy, digital marketing or related field, preferably in the tech industry with experience executing across numerous digital channels.
- Must have knowledge in marketing automation platforms in order to drive marketing and data automation strategy for the company
- Must be a creative problem solver
- Exceptional leadership, writing and presentation skills; ability to leverage various types of media to tell factual stories clearly, creatively, and succinctly
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with development organizations, sales, marketing and channel teams
- Must have knowledge of B2B marketing
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Masters Degree is a plus
