Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – Nursing

Schedule: Rotating shifts between 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM and 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, with every other weekend required.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in daily living activities and support patient hygiene.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Assist in administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
