Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in Canton, Illinois.
Opportunity DetailsPosition Details Include:
- Join an established practice with two Primary Care Physicians and dedicated support staff
- Position will be based out of our Carle Health Canton outpatient clinic
- Flexible work schedule
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
- Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Experience in Women's Preventative Health required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
