Together with your teammates, you will manufacture or assemble cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while keeping our Four Basics in Mind: Safe and Clean Workplace, Quality at or Above Expectations, Complete On-time Delivery, Fashionable Products at a Fair Price.Your Role: Join a team that takes pride in building products found in homes across North America. As an Assembly Specialist, you will work hands-on assembling quality cabinet components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, seeing the results of their efforts, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and quality. At MasterBrand Cabinets, you will have opportunities to learn new skills, grow your career, and make a direct impact on delivering products customers love.Shift: 1st Shift hours - 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. 3rd Shift hours - 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday thru Thursday.Benefits: Weekly bonus for every hour worked- guaranteed minimum of $1.18/hour. Other benefits offered dependent upon plant location, please check with HR for details.QualificationsThe ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment is preferred but not requiredEqual Employment Opportunity: MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
