Laborer

Responsibilities Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including forming, pouring, curing, handling, storage, and shipping. Build forms and set up molds for specific products; strip finished products from molds. Measure work piece dimensions to ensure accuracy of mold setup. Finish fresh concrete after pouring into prepared molds. Handle and assemble rebar cages according to production specifications. Perform general production and maintenance duties as needed. Operate equipment required to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Follow established production schedules, processes, procedures, and safety guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Experience with precast or concrete manufacturing is a plus. Practical carpentry skills and knowledge of basic tools preferred. Ability to work overtime as needed. Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks safely at all times. Quality-conscious with a strong work ethic and ability to contribute to a positive team environment. Successful completion of drug screening and physical required. Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Marshfield, MA 02050 before starting work. Compensation $20.00 – $24.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
