AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making the day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of representing our products and building brand loyalty. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your real self to work each day. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You use the AEO Selling Model to engage each guest, helping them find exactly what they need while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. We’ll teach you the model. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on details and suggesting items that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You are flexible and can work the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom as needed. As an innovative problem solver you prioritize guests’ satisfaction, resolving concerns while adhering to company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist teammates in getting the job done. You demonstrate integrity, doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures. YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You're available to work when guests shop—especially evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have previous retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.
