Key Responsibilities Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems Install parts, components, and systems as needed Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately Requirements 6–10 years of experience (ideally 6–10; considered at Master level with a minimum of 5 years) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools Hands?on experience with Identifix diagnostics Own tools Benefits (After 90 days probationary period) Competitive compensation Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance
