Account Manager/Local Resource

Abacus seeks a local Account Manager to serve as the primary client-facing representative for government staffing engagements within the Lubbock area. This individual will support client meetings, maintain relationships with agency representatives, coordinate with Abacus's recruiting and operations teams, and assist with local recruitment, onboarding, and day to day contract activities to ensure responsive and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, staffing, and account management, along with prior experience working with the higher education institutions, preferably with the TTU. Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with client stakeholders and the ability to represent Abacus professionally during onsite meetings and throughout the contract period.
