Strategic HR Business Partner for Growth & Change

Indiana University Indianapolis Campus is seeking an experienced HR professional to join Human Resources as an HR Generalist/HRBP. The role supports academic and administrative units, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning. The position leads recruiting initiatives, partners with leaders on organizational design, and helps drive retention and engagement.
