About the role You will own daily throughput at our Denver facility: stocking, cycle counting, picking/packing, and outbound shipping. You will lead a team of up to 20 across shifts, working through frontline leads, and you will be on the floor enough to know where the constraint is on any given day. This is single-SKU fulfillment, not reverse logistics. Inventory is known and cataloged, and it sits in place until it's picked. Units move through standard putaway, cycle counts confirm what's on the shelf, and outbound orders are picked, packed, and shipped against clear SKU counts. What You Will Own Throughput and flow. End-to-end responsibility for intake, sort, grading, disposition routing, WIP movement, QC, and outbound. Every unit is traceable, brand-owned, and has to leave accurately and on time. The team. Hire, onboard, coach, and develop leads and associates. Set clear expectations, hold the line on them, and build a bench so the operation does not depend on any one person showing up. Process design. Build and iterate the SOPs that govern how goods move, and make sure they hold across shifts. Lead root-cause work on errors and delays, and implement fixes that stay fixed. Labor planning. Build staffing models that match inbound forecasts, including surge periods driven by post-holiday trade-in and brand return cycles. Brand program performance. Each brand partner has its own protocols, quality bar, and reporting cadence. You are accountable for hitting them and for flagging early when volume or condition mix puts them at risk. You will occasionally host brand partners and prospects on facility tours. Cost. Track cost per unit for your area, understand what drives it, and find savings that do not degrade quality or turn time. Inventory integrity. Chain of custody on brand-owned goods, in partnership with planning. Cycle counts, reconciliation, and no unexplained variances. Safety and compliance. A floor where people work safely and know they are expected to. How Success Is Measured First 90 days: Full command of current-state flow, with the top three constraints documented and a fix in motion on at least one All leaders have documented expectations Baseline established for the metrics below, with clean before/after data Ongoing: Processing accuracy and QC pass rate Cost per unit: flat or down against budge t Brand SLAs: met across all active programs, with issues escalated before the partner raises them Qualifications 4+ years in warehouse, distribution, or production operations, including 3+ years leading hourly teams through supervisors Demonstrated results improving throughput, accuracy, or cost per unit in a high-volume physical operation, with numbers you can speak to Experience with variable or non-standard inbound: reverse logistics, returns processing, refurbishment, repair, recycling, or made-to-order production Working fluency in WMS platforms and inventory systems, including participating in an implementation or major upgrade Comfortable building an SOP where none exists and getting a floor to actually follow it Steady in ambiguity, and able to move without waiting for perfect information Willing to work varying shifts as volume requires, and able to be on your feet on the floor Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred; equivalent experience considered Nice to Have Apparel, textile, footwear, or soft goods operations background Garment inspection, grading, or repair experience Multi-shift operations experiencezx Conversational Spanish $60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. 401(k) Flexible spending account Life insurance Flexible Time Off RTD Ecopass #J-18808-Ljbffr
