Data Analyst (Dashboard Developer)

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst (Dashboard Developer) to support Federal Government organizational and mission goals through analytics delivery and dashboarding. This onsite role in Arlington, VA focuses on building Tableau-based visualization solutions, keeping dashboards reliable, and applying data cleaning and workflow improvements to support operational and strategic decision-making. What you will do Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions that deliver required analytics insights using Tableau . Lead and review data cleaning scripts using Databricks , SQL , and Python . Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used for operational and strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling, and contribute to implementation efforts. Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases , translating business needs into scalable data science solutions. Provide client services while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development. Support business development activities, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers, along with internal firm initiatives and professional development. Required qualifications Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" . A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field. 1 year or more of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineer, data visualization, or data science. Technologies you will use Tableau , Databricks , SQL , Python , Power BI , Snowflake , Impala , R Nice to have Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. Experience gathering requirements and presenting to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI . Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments such as Databricks , Snowflake , or Impala . Experience performing analytics and data transformation using SQL , Python , and R . Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration. Compensation and location Salary range: $98,000.00 to $163,000.00 per year. Location: Arlington, VA (onsite). Travel required: None.
