Your future role at a glance Location: Woodbury, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Stones River Department: Behavioral Health Schedule: Full Time | Night How you'll make an impact in this role Direct Behavioral Care: Provide specialized patient care following facility policies and established clinical procedures. Assessment & Planning: Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments to develop nursing care plans aligned with master treatment goals. Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to refine age-specific goals and clinical interventions. Therapeutic Implementation: Execute nursing care plans and facilitate or co‑lead patient group therapy sessions. Evaluation & Revision: Monitor intervention outcomes and collaborate with the team to adjust care plans based on patient progress. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
