Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to maintain transparency and accountability. Engage with stakeholders regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and align project outcomes with business objectives. Monitor project progress against plans, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing projects with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams and stakeholders. Experience in preparing and managing detailed project documentation. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience working in a corporate or office environment, preferably within the Alabama region. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
