We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support the organization and delivery of a positive customer experience. This role helps coordinate customer activities, maintain communication, track follow-up needs, and ensure important information moves efficiently between customers and internal teams.

The Customer Success Coordinator will combine direct customer communication with organizational and administrative responsibilities. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple customer activities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day customer success activities and follow-up
  
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding questions, updates, and ongoing needs
  
• Track customer requests, action items, and outstanding follow-up
  
• Help customers navigate available products, services, programs, and resources
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and activities
  
• Coordinate customer needs with appropriate internal teams
  
• Support customer onboarding and ongoing engagement activities
  
• Monitor open customer items and help ensure timely resolution
  
• Prepare customer information, updates, and support materials as needed
  
• Maintain schedules and documentation related to customer programs and initiatives
  
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information internally
  
• Assist with tracking customer satisfaction and engagement activity
  
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and processes
  
• Support internal reporting and customer success documentation
  
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer communication and coordination
  
• Assist with additional customer-focused projects and initiatives as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
  
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
  
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and departments
  
• Previous experience in customer success, customer service, account support, project coordination, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
