As a Registered Nurse Med Surg Float Pool, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment for the identified patient population per the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. Documents patient care administered. Promotes interdisciplinary communication and care. The delivery of care is based on the age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient. Demonstrates basic and unit specific competencies.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado, or multistate license
• Associate Degree, BSN desirable
• Two or more years of RN experience in an acute setting
• No travel required, floating within HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. Typical units: Ortho Trauma, PCU, Surgical Oncology, Inpatient Rehab, Medical Telemetry
