Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $45.02–$57.02 DOE and Education

What You'll Do as the Support Services Manager

• Oversee daily operations for facilities, maintenance, purchasing, fleet management, and agency support services.
• Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Lead facility maintenance, renovations, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
• Supervise and develop support services staff while promoting safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Coordinate agency-wide risk management, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department managers to improve operational efficiency and support strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience; facilities, purchasing, procurement, construction, or risk management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, project management, facilities operations, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, capital projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Valid Utah driver's license (or the ability to obtain one) and the ability to travel between agency locations as needed.
