The firm seeks a North Carolina‑licensed attorney with at least 6 years of experience handling defense‑side civil litigation matters, with a preference for a background that includes significant General Liability . No book of business required. About The Role The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cases through trial and arbitration. This is not a "behind‑the‑scenes" role. We are seeking a trial‑ready attorney with a background of defending complex cases. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement and is open to both local candidates and those licensed in North Carolina who are interested in relocating to North Carolina.
