Responsibilities:

• Receive/answer phone calls and communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Greet customers and direct them to the correct department and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Scheduling drivers for various reasons and events.
• General administrative work, including but not limited to some inventory work, creating receipts, and scanning.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Organization.
• Outgoing and positive demeanor.
• Professional presentation.
• Punctuality.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license.
