Quick Facts Location: Olympia, WA Start Date: 07/22/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing based on assignment Shift: 24-hour call () Hours per Week: Variable (10-12 days per month) Employment Type: Locum/Temporary License/Certifications: Active U.S. Medical License in Urology Experience: Previous Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (base rate; pay discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide Urology services including clinic and scheduled OR procedures Manage urological conditions and perform procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and other diagnostics Take on call responsibilities (most often 3-4 days per month) with APP backup support Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care Participate in scheduled clinic days (approximately 3 per week) and OR days (about 2 per week) Respond to urgent cases during 24-hour call shifts What You Need Current active U.S. Medical License in Urology Prior Urology clinical experience (preferred) Availability to work 10-12 days per month including weekends if needed Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Olympia, WA, providing exceptional urological care in a supportive environment.
