Field Supervisor

Currently we are searching for a Field Supervisor to cover the Concord, NC, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Kernersville, Kannapolis, and Charlotte area. The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, managing crews, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting project delivery on schedule and within scope. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be out in the field, managing crews, keeping projects on track, and taking pride in delivering quality work every day. What You'll Do Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities Make sure all work meets company standards and builder specifications Monitor job site progress, quality, and productivity Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics Perform routine quality control inspections Maintain and reinforce safety policies and address any violations immediately Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites Communicate regularly with project managers, estimators, and team members Track job progress and communicate updates, delays, or issues What You Need Experience in construction field supervision (siding or multi‑family preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously Knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety regulations Must be knowledgeable in the installation of windows, doors, fiber cement, and vinyl siding Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Location Requirement Must live near or within the following cities: Greensboro, Winston‑Salem, Kernersville, Kannapolis, or Charlotte, NC What You'll Get 20 PAID DAYS OFF (includes PTO, Holidays and Family Focused Company Closure between Christmas and New Years).
