This individual will manage a team of email marketing specialists and collaborate closely with digital marketing, content, web, analytics, sales and product marketing teams to drive customer engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution and customer retention.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead, coach and develop a team of email marketing professionalsEstablish best practices, processes and quality standards for campaign executionPrioritize team workload and align resources with business objectivesFoster a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvementEmail Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute the overall email marketing strategy across customer acquisition, onboarding, nurture, retention and re-engagement programsCreate audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalizationPartner with marketing stakeholders to support product launches, promotional initiatives, webinars, events and account-based marketing campaignsBuild lifecycle marketing programs that improve engagement and accelerate pipeline growthMarketing Automation and Campaign ExecutionManage and optimize marketing automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar platformsDesign and implement automated customer journeys, lead nurturing programs, triggered communications and behavioral campaignsAnalytics and OptimizationMonitor, analyze and report on campaign performanceLead testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement and business outcomesCompliance and GovernanceEnsure compliance with email marketing regulations and governance standardsMaintain deliverability, list health and audience management best practicesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programsAlign email strategies with business priorities and customer engagement goalsRequirements/Qualifications:Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with at least 15 years of relevant experience.5-7 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation2+ years of people management experienceExperience building and managing multichannel nurture programsHands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (preferred), Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua or similar marketing automation platformsStrong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, lifecycle marketing and customer journey orchestrationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insightsExperience with A/B testing and optimization strategiesExcellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skillsTravel Time:0% - 25%Physical Attributes:Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:Regular business hours; 70% sitting, 15% standing, 15% walkingMicrochip Technology Incis an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
