Director OF Communication

The importance of this highly influential and necessary role within the context of the Faith Church culture cannot be overstated. The AV Director will bring proactive, creative, empowering, team-building, and communicative leadership with excellence to the worship experience of Faith Church. This leader MUST have the ability to not only build and create systems and processes in these specific areas that promote innovation, creativity, teamwork, communication, and efficiency but also the ability to be flexible, teachable, able to pivot quickly, responsive, plan, and run at a fast pace with a high energy leader in PastorDavid who is constantly keeping his finger on the pulse of culture and current events. Pastor David believes that the local Church must be at the forefront of creating culture rather than constantly reacting to the tide of culture. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate audio for services, conferences, and main events. Mobilize and train Audio staff and Dream Team members. Manage and maintain an Audio budget. Identify and develop new Audio staff and Dream Team members. Manage projects on new audio installs and upgrades. Regularly evaluate systems and initiate improvements and best practices when appropriate. About Faith Church Faith Church is a place where people connect, families grow and lives are changed.
