Concessions / Athletic Events Worker

Concession Event Worker, Variable hours based on sporting event schedules. Shift length and weekly hours will vary depending on event needs, $16.00 per hour

Reports To: Food Service Administration / Athletic Pending board approval

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and or/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities 1. Prepare and serve food items (popcorn, hot dogs, pizza, etc.) 2. Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession area 4. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines 5. Restock items as needed during events 6. Represent the district in a positive manner. 7. Assist with setup and closing procedures 8. Perform admissions duties during athletic events, including ticket sales, pass verification, and other related duties. 9. All other duties as assigned by the Food Service Administration, Athletic Director, or designee.
