Local Residential and light commercial HVAC Contractors in Columbia SC is hiringBenefits / Offerings: Medical insurance - 75% employer paid6 Paid holidays80 hours of paid time offCompany uniformTool reimbursement programSupplemental insurance optionsUse of company vehicle and gas cardMonthly performance-based bonusesExperienced HVAC Installer: Residential & light commercial retrofit/changeout installations Pay Range: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through FridayHours: 7:30am - 4:30pm | overtime during peak seasonWhat You Will Be Doing: Manage daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedulePerform residential HVAC system replacements, retrofit installations, and new construction installationsLead and support installation assistants by providing guidance, training, and oversight throughout each projectConduct system startup procedures, testing, and verification of newly installed equipment to ensure proper operationCommunicate with homeowners regarding equipment features, installation progress, and any questions or concerns they may haveReport to the shop each morning, clock in using ServiceTitan, and organize materials and equipment for scheduled installationsDeliver a high level of customer care by maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and attention to customer satisfaction throughout the installation processWhat We Are Looking For: 3 years of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems, including retrofit and replacement projectsPrevious experience leading installation crews or supervising team members in the fieldCurrent EPA Universal Certification requiredStrong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with homeownersPhysically capable of lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds on a regular basisFamiliarity with ServiceTitan software is preferred but not requiredMust maintain a valid driver's license and have a driving record that meets company insurance standards
