About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to oversee and lead its comprehensive HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and HR policies. This role demands a seasoned HR professional with a hands-on approach, capable of providing strategic counsel and effectively managing external HR partnerships. The Vice President will also be a key player in talent acquisition, professional development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for professional HR certifications and/or an advanced degree. A minimum of 8 years' of HR management experience is required, with a strong background in benefits administration, performance management, and professional development. The role calls for a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proven track record in managing sensitive HR matters.
