The Warehouse Associate performs the loading and unloading of dough, food, products, trays and other designated goods in the distribution center. Warehouse Associates ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.Schedule: 10:00 AM - PM; 4 days on/3 days off (40-45 hours per week) Days off will be either: Mon/Thurs/Sat or Tues/Wed/Sat Pay: $20.50 Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate include:Picking/packing/order buildingCompleting load verifications with handheld scannerLoading refrigerated trucks according to company specifications for maximum delivery accuracyUsing safe work procedures, moves product from staging area to truck using warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack or two-wheeled cartSecures load within cargo area of truck through the use of load bars or strapsMaintains safe work area through general housekeeping and performs sanitation functions as requiredUnloading refrigerated trucksWorking in freezer conditions (-5 to 0 degrees) as well as refrigerated temps (33-38 degrees)Assist in the Production Department as neededAssists drivers where needed with pre-departure checksDomino's offers:Competitive wagesPaid Holidays and VacationPositive work environmentBenefits on first day of employment!401k matching contributions15% off the purchase price of stockCompany bonusReferral bonusesCareer growth!QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic computer skills for order processing and inventory controlWillingness to obtain certification to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift or pallet jackAbility to work with yeast and flour productsMust successfully pass a preemployment background checkAdditional InformationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
