Call Center Customer Service Professional

Overview Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Professional to join their team! This position is located in Cary, North Carolina. Responsibilities Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a customer support or service-related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry Proven strong customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction Ability to provide timely and transparent updates to customers and team members Proficient keyboarding and data entry skills with attention to accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to retain and apply on-the-job knowledge to real-time situations Ability to quickly understand technical issues and route them to the appropriate team for resolution Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
