Receptionist / Admin Assistant Long of Chattanooga Hyundai, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz is seeking a full time receptionist and administrative assistant. Computer skills, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, 1 year experience, proper business attire and strong customer service skills a must. Responsibilities: Answering dealership group phones Greeting and receiving prospects and customers Generate reports daily from our in house database Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting. Working cooperatively with the sales team Basic data entry and clerical duties Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Outgoing and positive demeanor Professional presentation Maintains a professional appearance Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Pass background check/drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr Gratis Technologies LLC
