ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 after starting my career in advertising sales and later being recruited by State Farm. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Lakeview and graduated from the University of Oregon, experiences that shaped a strong work ethic, adaptability, and appreciation for teamwork. I’m a parent to three daughters, and our family loves skiing — something that carries into our office culture with planned team ski days and shared experiences outside of work. Our team of three operates closely and takes pride in moving fast, working smart, and supporting one another every step of the way.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Greg Elder - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
