Picker / Packer

Adecco is currently sourcing for Picker/Packers in Denton, near UNT campus. Pay rate is $17.00-temp to hire. Hours for Nights are Sunday-Thursday 10:30PM-7AM: Days are Sunday-Thursday 7AM-until finish-generally 5-5:30PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pick/Pack Associate to work in a cold storage warehouse environment . Temps around 34 degrees. This role requires comfort working in cold temperatures and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.


Work Environment:

• Cold storage warehouse
• Temperature averages 34°F
• Must be comfortable working in cold conditions for the duration of the shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications
• Prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
• Complete other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred, but not required
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to work in cold temperatures (34°F)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
