Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The LDRP team provides comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered environment focused on safety, compassion, and quality outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable caring for patients across the full continuum of maternal-child health services.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care throughout Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP).
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery.
Care for postpartum mothers and newborns.
Perform newborn assessments and routine nursery care.
Triage obstetrical patients and determine appropriate interventions.
Assist providers during deliveries and obstetrical procedures.
Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, pediatricians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Float within scope to support GYN surgical care as needed.
Required Experience

Newborn Nursery Care
Requirements:
✅ Current Oregon RN License (required upon submission)
✅ Minimum 3 year of recent LDRP experience
✅ BLS (Healthcare Provider) Certification
✅ ACLS (AHA) Certification
✅ NRP Certification
✅ Basic Fetal Monitoring Skills
