You will utilize your clinical knowledge providing our patients with the smooth service and delivery of their medication to their homes. Make a difference by bringing your personal touch and compounding experience that will support our patient's one on one care.Key responsibilities:Preparation and compounding of sterile and nonsterile productsHazardous drug handlingMaintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to USP797 requirementsMaintaining the non sterile suite to USP795 & 800 requirementsDocumentation of IV admixture and clean room suite sterility testingComplete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacistInventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reportsPicking, and packing backend non compounded productsSchedule:Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm Friday 9:30-6:00pm ESTRequired Qualifications:Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician License6 Months of pharmacy experience required OR graduate of a pharmacy programNationally Certified Pharmacy TechnicianPreferred Qualifications:IV compounding experience or completion of a program or school where you were trained in IV compoundingUSP 795 knowledgeUSP 800 knowledgeUSP 797 knowledgeMicrosoft office knowledgeExcel, outlook, wordEducation:Verifiable High school diploma or GEDAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
