Sales Associate

Client Overview:

Our client is a unique, education-focused organization with an engaging retail environment that provides a welcoming and interactive experience for visitors and guests. They are currently looking to add a Sales Associate to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a personable and customer-focused Sales Associate to support daily retail operations, assist visitors with product selection, process sales and memberships, and help maintain an organized and inviting retail environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
• Provide product recommendations and support product selection.
• Process retail sales and memberships.
• Maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Restock and organize inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Help create a positive and engaging guest experience.

Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Associate:

• Retail, sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Associate:

• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Strong interest in providing an engaging visitor experience.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
