We are currently seeking 1099 independent contractors in San Diego County, CA 92154, including the cities of: San Diego, Chula Vista, and Oceanside. Compensation of $105 per assignment. Please note there is a $6 tech fee per order. Additional fees may be approved for complexities on a case-by-case basis. As a Property Data Collector, you'll embrace cutting-edge technology to gather vital property data for appraisal waivers, appraisals and property completion reports by loan originators. To learn more about this role, visit: Responsibilities Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections that meet the highest standards Ensure compliance with industry education and training guidelines Build strong communication between Class Valuation and our clients Be a problem solver!
