Key Responsibilities Defend clients in General Liability, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle, and Slip & Fall cases Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations Draft legal documents, briefs, and reports with precision and timeliness Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies Deliver results through strong negotiation and advocacy Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseloads independently Why Join Us?
